Manufacturer Engagement Group
Event Description
Open to all manufacturer members with 250 employees or less, the Small Manufacturer’s Working Group exists to elevate the voice and perspective of small manufacturers within the sustainable building materials movement. Serving as an entry point into the Mindful Materials ecosystem, the group empowers small manufacturers to grow their sustainability programs, engage with industry peers, address industry challenges, and identify opportunities to help shape a more inclusive, effective, and actionable future for the broader materials community.
The general format of these meetings includes a guest speaker for the first 20-30 minutes followed by Q&A with the group. Then we will hear updates from Mindful Materials staff on current initiatives and upcoming events, followed by open discussion.Regular participants may include small manufacturers (250 employees or less) and their internal champions—owners, sustainability professionals, and sales teams—as well as the consultants, nonprofits, and industry advocates who support them.
The group collaborates using a live Miro Board which you may bookmark for future reference.
